Book Talk Tuesday (!)

|

Yesterday I was at the bookstore with my son and came across this cute book called, Exclamation Mark.  Have you seen it before?

(!) Exclamation Point

It is the cutest book about an exclamation mark that just doesn’t understand his purpose in life.  In it, he learns about the period and the question mark.  The book has some great examples of using periods, question marks and exclamation marks.  I think my class will really enjoy this.  These are the main focus punctuation marks in first grade, so I made some freebie posters for each one.  Click below to grab yours.

I have also scoured Pinterest for some fun punctuation ideas. Check them out!
