Happy Friday! I am so ready for the weekend and a bonus is that is may actually rain (or sprinkle), which would be great. It’s fall, but the temperature has still been in the 90’s and 100’s, ugh. I am linking up with Kacey over at Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five For Friday.
We are wrapping things up in my classroom. This is the time of year that we are working hard to finish up our interactive notebooks. Once we finish up the main part of the notebook, I like to add an all about me page.
Today I am popping by to share some ideas for teaching about Diwali. I know technically it has already happened this year, but you may still mention it if you teach holidays around the world. Diwali is a Hindu holiday that is celebrated by many families in and from India. It is sometimes called the “Festival of Lights.”
